2.3 Cancellation Policy
Custom products are non-refundable. For standard products:

• Cancellations within 14 days of purchase: Full refund.
• After 14 days: No refund.

3.1 Studio LoHo ensures product descriptions are accurate. However, minor variations may occur due to the handmade nature of products.

3.2 Technical specifications and care guidelines for materials are provided for proper use and maintenance.

4. Liability

4.1 Studio LoHo is not liable for:

• Improper use of products.
• Delays caused by third-party services (e.g., shipping).

4.2 In no event shall Studio LoHo's liability exceed the value of the purchased product.
