Build the commercial backbone of Studio LOHO

Studio LOHO is a Belgian design brand that designs and produces ceramic baths, washbasins and tables in solid, natural materials. Our objects are outspoken, tactile and architecturally strong.

We focus on a high-end segment: (interior) architects and privileged partners at home and abroad. Studio LOHO is in a growth phase where professionalisation and structure are crucial.

That's why we're looking for a strong Inside Sales with a real sense of responsibility to help us build it.

Our market and network are growing. We're looking for someone who:

  • structures commercial follow-up
  • creates overview
  • doesn't let opportunities slip
  • strategically supports external sales

This is a key position within a small, ambitious team.

What you'll do

1. Commercial direction

  • Actively follow up leads (architects, showrooms, private clients)
  • Carefully draft quotes and invoices
  • Track files until closing
  • Professionally guide longer sales cycles
  • You make sure opportunities turn into actual revenue.

2. Structure and control

  • Manage the CRM correctly and strategically
  • Centralise communication and make it transparent
  • Report on pipeline and progress
  • Refine commercial processes where needed
  • You bring calm and overview to growth.

3. Supporting external sales

  • Prepare files
  • Receive and guide clients
  • Follow up on showroom relationships
  • Internal coordination with the atelier and planning
  • You're the internal commercial anchor point.

Who we're looking for

Professional profile

  • Demonstrable experience in sales or commercial back office, preferably in an architectural context
  • Familiar with CRM systems and structured follow-up
  • Fluent in Dutch and English (French is a plus)
  • Comfortable with telephone prospecting and follow-up

Personality

  • You take initiative
  • Structured and analytical
  • Commercially sharp without being aggressive
  • Affinity with design, architecture or high-end products
  • Energy from closing and following up files
  • Stress-resistant
